How it works

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• We cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items
• For size exchanges, return your pair and place a new order

To start a return

Email support@floatslide.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
